Otherwise, you could very well be in Chicago, New York, or Los Angeles. The interior is bold and sophisticated, and the service is excellent and personable. P.F. Chang's signature starter is cool, softened lettuce leaves with your choice of vegetable or chicken fillings. The martinis are expertly prepared.
